Frequently asked questions
Buying
What can I buy on Hashonic?
Hashonic is focused on computer parts, custom and prebuilt PCs, laptops, IT equipment, specialist peripherals, workspace gear, software, and repair spares.
How do I know whether a product is compatible?
Review the listing specification and condition carefully. For components, compare the socket, form factor, power, connector, and operating-system requirements with your existing setup before ordering.
Can sellers list products straight away?
Yes. Stores and listings can go live without manual approval, but Hashonic may pause or remove content that breaches marketplace policy.
Payment and orders
How is payment handled?
Hashonic uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Marketplace orders are grouped by seller so funds can be routed through Stripe Connect.
Why can my basket create more than one checkout?
A marketplace basket can contain products from several independent sellers. Seller-grouped checkout keeps each order, fulfilment record, and payment route clear.
Where can I find my order?
Sign in and open Orders from the account menu. Each order shows its current payment and delivery status.
Delivery
When will I receive tracking information?
Once a seller dispatches an order, they can add the courier, tracking number, and dispatch date to the order record.
What do the delivery statuses mean?
An order moves from not dispatched to dispatched, in transit, and delivered as fulfilment information becomes available.
What should I do if an order is late?
Check the latest tracking update first, then use the seller details on the order to ask for an update. If you still need help, email support@hashonic.com and include the order number.
Returns and Buyer Protection
When can I request a refund?
Buyer Protection may apply if an item is not received, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described. Start from your order record as soon as you notice an issue.
Read the returns policyCan I return an item because I changed my mind?
For a change-of-mind return, the seller can choose whether to accept the return. Their preference is shown on the listing, and you should contact them through Hashonic to agree the details.
Read the returns policyWho pays for return postage?
The buyer normally pays return postage for a discretionary return unless the seller agrees otherwise. The full policy explains how this can differ where an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.

Can one account buy and sell?
Yes. A standard Hashonic account can buy products and open one or more seller stores when needed.
Can one account run more than one store?
Yes. Seller Dashboard lets one account switch between stores and manage the selected store's listings, orders, setup, and settings.
How will I receive payments?
Sellers connect through Stripe Connect. Stripe onboarding confirms the information required for payment transfers and payouts.
Accounts and security
What if I cannot sign in?
Use the password-reset option in the sign-in panel or follow the account-access guide in the Help Centre.
Can I register twice with the same email?
No. If an account already uses the email address, Hashonic will identify it and offer a password-reset route instead.
Will support ask for my password?
No. Never share your password, password-reset link, or complete payment-card details with anyone.
