Terms of Use
The rules for accounts, physical-goods listings, purchases and marketplace participation.
Pre-release terms status
These terms describe the current Hashonic product design as at 25 August 2026. The contracting entity, governing law, supported territories, final consumer terms and accountable legal approval must be recorded before public release.
Support
Questions can be sent to support@hashonic.com. Never share passwords or complete payment-card information.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to control. Hashonic may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or investigate abuse. A single account may buy and, where approved, operate seller stores.
Marketplace role
Hashonic provides a marketplace for physical technology goods. Sellers remain responsible for truthful listings, lawful goods, fulfilment and applicable consumer obligations. Buyers must review listing condition, compatibility, delivery and price before ordering.
Payments and orders
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Prices, fees, stock, eligibility and order state are server-authoritative. Payment completion is not final until the authoritative order record confirms it. Refund, dispute and buyer-protection responsibilities remain subject to the final published policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not list unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit or misleading goods; manipulate reviews; evade fees; interfere with security; scrape private data; harass users; or misuse payment, report or support systems.
Content and moderation
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant Hashonic the limited rights needed to display, operate, moderate and protect the marketplace. Hashonic may hide or remove content and preserve evidence where required for safety, disputes or law.
Availability and changes
Features may be corrected, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or provider reasons. Installed Mobile versions may continue using a compatible API while an update or staged rollback is completed.
Privacy and account closure
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can review the verified closure process on the account deletion page.
